Job Description:

Create and execute advertising programs focused on customer acquisition, targeting key audiences across different stages of the sales cycle. Refine and execute integrated marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead acquisition and pipeline influence, understanding program attribution and impact. Manage e-mail advertising strategy and execution, including segmented nurture/drip programs.  Manage paid advertising campaigns and create content for our various channels including webinars, blog posts and web content, highlighting key topics of interest for our target markets. Create and manage landing pages for lead generation programs, test new creative concepts and optimize based on conversion results. Measure the success of growth marketing strategy across channels, providing analysis and presenting the results across the company to inform advertising activities. Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts. Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs and campaign plan development. Plan and execute advertising policies and strategies and coordinate with the media to disseminate advertising. Direct, motivate and monitor the mobilization of campaigns to advance campaign goals. Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns and create media content regarding events, monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns. Manage events, recommending appropriate levels of activity and engagement for the company. Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products. Track program budgets, expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign based on program objectives and industry norms.

Education required:  Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising or related or foreign equivalent

Experience: 18 Months as position offered, Marketing Manager, Brand Strategist, Marketing Strategic Planner or related
